Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Education (Queen Elizabeth Atherstone Further Education Corporation) (Dissolution) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 2nd April 1993.

The Education (Queen Elizabeth Atherstone Further Education Corporation) (Dissolution) Order 1993
Section 2
On 2nd April 1993 Queen Elizabeth Atherstone Further Education Corporation shall be dissolved and all of their property, rights and liabilities shall be transferred to the Governing Body of Queen Elizabeth School, Atherstone (being a body corporate established for purposes which include the provision of educational facilities or services).
Section 3
The Queen Elizabeth Atherstone Further Education Corporation Order 1992 is revoked.
