Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Rent Information) (Amendment) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 1st April 1993.

Section 2Amendment

In paragraph 7 of the Schedule to the Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Rent Information) Order 1988 for “rates” substitute “council tax or rates”.
