Section 1
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Licensed Betting Offices (Amendment) Scotland Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 1st April 1993.
(2) These Regulations shall extend to Scotland only.

The Licensed Betting Offices (Amendment) Scotland Regulations 1993
Section 2
The Licensed Betting Offices (Scotland) Regulations 1986 shall be amended by substituting for regulation 6 the following regulation:
(6)
(1) A licensed betting office shall be closed from 10pm each day in April, May, June, July and August until 7am the following day.
(2) A licensed betting office shall be closed from 6.30pm each day in any other month until 7am the following day.
