Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the War Pensions (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 1st April 1993.

Section 2War Pensions (Naval Auxiliary Personnel) Scheme 1964
In article 2(9) of the War Pensions (Naval Auxiliary Personnel) Scheme 1964 (definition of “public funds”), for the words “the Abolition of Domestic Rates etc. (Scotland) Act 1987” there shall be substituted the words “the Local Government Finance Act 1992 ”.
Section 3War Pensions (Mercantile Marine) Scheme 1964
In article 2(26) of the War Pensions (Mercantile Marine) Scheme 1964 (definition of “public funds”), for the words “the Abolition of Domestic Rates etc. (Scotland) Act 1987” there shall be substituted the words “the Local Government Finance Act 1992”.
Section 4War Pensions (Coastguards) Scheme 1944
In article 1(10) of the War Pensions (Coastguards) Scheme 1944 (definition of “public funds”), for the words “the Abolition of Domestic Rates etc. (Scotland) Act 1987” there shall be substituted the words “the Local Government Finance Act 1992”.
