Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the King’s Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1993 and shall come into force on 1st April 1993.

Section 2Amendment of establishment Order

In the King’s Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 the definition in article 1(2) of “community health services” and article 3(2)(b) shall be omitted.
