Section 1 Title, extent and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Hill Livestock (Compensatory Allowances) (Amendment) Regulations 1993, shall apply to Great Britain, and shall come into force on 8th February 1993.

Section 2 Amendment of the Hill Livestock (Compensatory Allowances) Regulations 1992

The Hill Livestock (Compensatory Allowances) Regulations 1992 shall be amended in accordance with regulation 3 below.

Section 3 Amendment of the Hill Livestock (Compensatory Allowances) Regulations 1992

In regulation 3 (compensatory allowances)—

(a) in paragraph (3)(b)(i), for the figure “£2.45”, there shall be substituted the figure “£2.86”;

(b) in paragraph (4)(a), for the figure “£8.75”, there shall be substituted the figure “£6.50”; and

(c) in paragraph (4)(b), wherever they appear, for the figures “£4.90” and “£2.45”, there shall be substituted “£3.60” and “£2.86” respectively.
