Section 1 Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) (Welsh Forms and Particulars) (Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 6th April 1993.

(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations ” means the Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) (Welsh Forms and Particulars) Regulations 1991 .

(3) Any reference in these Regulations to a numbered form is a reference to the form bearing that number in the Schedule to the principal Regulations.

Section 2 Amendment of the principal Regulations

The Schedule to the principal Regulations is amended—

(a) as regards Form 1 (Ffurflen 1) (application for renovation grant) (cais am grant adnewyddu) and Form 2 (Ffurflen 2) (application for disabled facilities grant) (cais am grant cyfleusterau i'r anabl) , as mentioned in Schedule 1 to these Regulations; and

(b) as regards Form 3 (Ffurflen 3) (application for common parts grant) (cais am grant rhannau cyffredin), as mentioned in Schedule 2 to these Regulations; and

(c) as regards Form 4 (Ffurflen 4) (application for HMO grant) (cais am grant tŷ mewn amlddaliadaeth), as mentioned in Schedule 3 to these Regulations.

Section 1

Any reference in this Schedule to a numbered question or note is, unless the context otherwise requires, a reference to the question or note bearing that number in Form 1 (Ffurflen 1) and in Form 2 (Ffurflen 2).

For question 1.21 (cwestiwn 1.21) there is substituted the following—

In paragraph (b) of the authorisation at the end of section A of Part 3—

(a) following the words “Budd-dâl Tai (HB)” there are inserted the words “, Budd-dâl y Dreth Gyngor (CTB)”; and

(b) following the words “Fudd-dâl Tai” there are inserted the words “, Fudd-dâl y Dreth Gyngor”; and

(c) following “HB” (in each place where it occurs) there is inserted “, CTB”.

Section 12

After Note 8 (Nodyn 8) there is inserted the following as Note 8A (Nodyn 8A):

(8A) Os gwnewch y gwaith eich hun, neu os caiff ei wneud gan aelod o'ch teulu, mae'n bosibl y byddwch yn methu â rhoi anfoneb, hawliad neu dderbynneb am y gwaith a fyddai'n dderbyniol i'r Cyngor at ddibenion talu grant. Byddwch cystal ag egluro'r pwynt hwn gyda'r Cyngor.

Note 29 (Nodyn 29) is omitted.
