Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Social Security (Industrial Injuries) (Dependency) (Permitted Earnings Limits) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 12th April 1993.

Section 2Increase of earnings limits in respect of dependent children

In paragraph 4 of Schedule 7 to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992—
(a) in sub-paragraph (4)(a) for the amount of £115 there shall be substituted the amount of £120; and
(b) in sub-paragraph (4)(b) for the amounts of £15 and £115 there shall be substituted the amounts of £16 and £120 respectively.

Section 3Revocation

The Social Security (Industrial Injuries) (Dependency) (Permitted Earnings Limits) Order 1992 is hereby revoked.
