Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Greater London and Kent (County Boundaries) (Variation) Order 1993, and shall come into force on 1st April 1993.

Section 2 Variation in respect of the Metropolitan Police District

(1) The Greater London and Kent (County Boundaries) Order 1992 shall be varied as provided in paragraphs (2) and (3).

(2) In article 3, after the words “in column 2”, there shall be inserted the following—

shall cease to form part of the Metropolitan Police District and

(3) For article 4(d) of that Order, there shall be substituted the following—

(d) the Bexley petty sessional division, the Southern London coroner’s district, and the Metropolitan Police District.
