Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Devon Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust Dissolution Order 1993 and shall come into force on 1st April 1993.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS Trust

The Devon Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust is hereby dissolved, and accordingly the Devon Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 is hereby revoked.
