Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Non-Domestic Rates (No.2) (Scotland) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 1st April 1993.

Section 2Non-domestic rates for 1993-94
For the purposes of section 7A of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1975, the Secretary of State prescribes in respect of the financial year 1993-94 for each local authority set out in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order the non-domestic rate, expressed as an amount of pence per pound, set out in column 2 of that Schedule opposite the name of that local authority.
Section 3Revocation
The Non-Domestic Rates (Scotland) Order 1993 is hereby revoked.
