Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Grant-maintained Schools) (Finance) (Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 1st April 1993.

Section 2

The Education (Grant-maintained Schools) (Finance) Regulations 1993 shall be amended as follows:—
(a) In regulation 5(3)(b) for the words “regulation 17(1)”and “regulation 17(2)”in each case there shall be substituted the words “regulation 15(2)”; and
(b) in paragraph 5(2)(b) of Schedule 1, for the words “paragraph (3)”there shall be substituted the words “sub-paragraph (3)”.
