Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Official Secrets Act 1989 (Prescription) (Amendment) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 23rd March 1993.

Section 2
The Official Secrets Act 1989 (Prescription) Order 1990 shall be amended by adding to the first column of Schedule 1 to that Order the bodies set out in the first column of the Schedule to this Order and by adding to the second column of Schedule 1 to that Order the classes of members or employees of those bodies set out in the second column of the Schedule to this Order.
