Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Official Secrets (Prohibited Places) (Amendment) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 26th March 1993.

Section 2

The Official Secrets (Prohibited Places) Order 1975 shall be amended by adding to Part I of the Schedule to that Order the place specified in the Schedule to this Order, being a site to which a permit applies within the meaning of paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the Nuclear Installations Act 1965 .
