Section 1Citation and Commencement

This Order may be cited as the Education (Designated Institutions in Further and Higher Education) (Interpretation) (Amendment) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 19th April 1993.

Section 2Interpretation of references to governing bodies

The Education (Designated Institutions in Further and Higher Education) (Interpretation) Order 1993 shall be amended by the insertion in Schedule 1 thereto (references to be read as references to the company) of the following additional references—
