Section 1
This Order may be cited as the United Kingdom Central Council for Nursing, Midwifery and Health Visiting (Legal Assessors) (Amendment) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 1st April 1993.

Section 2
Article 1(2) of the United Kingdom Central Council for Nursing, Midwifery and Health Visiting (Legal Assessors) Order 1983 shall be amended by adding the words “, except the Preliminary Proceedings Committee,” after the words “means any committee”.
