Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Education (Dissolution of the Council for National Academic Awards) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 20th April 1993.

Section 2 Dissolution

The Council for National Academic Awards (“the CNAA ”) is hereby dissolved.

Section 3 Transfer of property, rights and liabilities

All property, rights and liabilities to which the CNAA is entitled or subject immediately before this Order comes into force are hereby transferred to and vest in the Secretary of State for Education.
