Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Banking Act 1987 (Exempt Persons) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 23rd April 1993.

Section 2Exemption

Schedule 2 to the Banking Act 1987 shall be amended by the addition of the following new entry after the entry numbered 26—

(27) The Council of Europe Resettlement Fund.
