Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Education (Further Education Corporations) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 11th February 1993.

The Education (Further Education Corporations) Order 1993
Section 2
There shall be established a body corporate to be known as “Deeside College” for the purpose of conducting the educational institution known as “Deeside College”.
Section 3
The educational institution referred to in article 2 shall be conducted by the body corporate as from the operative date.
Section 4
The “operative date” in relation to the further education corporation established in article 2 of this Order shall be 1st April 1993.
