Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Public Telecommunication System Designation (Insight Communications Cardiff Limited) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 13th May 1994.

Section 2

Each of the Applicable Cabled Systems is hereby designated as a public telecommunication system.

Section 3

The Public Telecommunication System Designation (British Cable Services Limited) (Cardiff) Order 1991 is hereby revoked.
