Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order1994 and shall come into force on 1st May 1994.

Section 2
The Child Abduction and Custody (Partie to Conventions) (Amendment) Order 1994 is amended by deleting the Schedule thereto and substituting therefor the following—
CONVENTION ON THE CIVIL ASPECTS OF INTERNATIONAL CHILD ABDUCTION, THE HAGUE, 25th OCTOBER 1980
