Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Ministry of Defence Police (Police Committee) (Amendment) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 12th May 1994.

Section 2Amendments to the Ministry of Defence Police (Police Committee) Regulations 1988
(1) The Ministry of Defence Police (Police Committee) Regulations 1988 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 3—
(a) for the words “Director General of Security for the Royal Air Force” there shall be substituted the words “Assistant Chief of the Air Staff”
(b) for the words “Assistant Under Secretary at the Ministry of Defence responsible for research and development establishments and research administration” there shall be substituted the words “Assistant Chief of the Defence Staff (Operations and Security)”.
