Section 1

This Order may be cited as the District Probate Registries (Amendment) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 23rd May 1994.

Section 2

The Gloucester Probate Sub—Registry shall be attached to and under the control of the registrar of the Oxford District Probate Registry, instead of the Llandaff District Probate Registry.

Section 3

Column 2 of the Schedule to the District Probate Registries Order 1982 shall accordingly be amended as follows—

(1) in the entry appearing opposite to the entry in column 1 relating to the Llandaff District Probate Registry (Probate Registry of Wales), the word “Gloucester” and the comma which precedes it shall be omitted; and

(2) in the entry appearing opposite to the entry in column 1 relating to the Oxford District Probate Registry, before the word “Leicester” there shall be inserted the word “Gloucester” followed by a comma.
