Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Groups of Grant-maintained Schools) (Finance) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 1st June 1994.

Section 2Percentage of maintenance grant to be applied

The percentage of maintenance grant payable in respect of a school in a group which is required to be applied by the governing body for the purposes of that school shall be 97.5 per cent.
