Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the National Lottery (Licence Fees) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 24th May 1994.

(2) Any reference in this Order to section 5 or section 6 is a reference to section 5 or section 6 (as the case may be) of the National Lottery etc. Act 1993.

Section 2 Fee to be paid on the granting of the licence under section 5

The fee to be paid on the granting of the licence under section 5 shall be £70,000.

Section 3 Fee to be paid on the granting of a licence under section 6

The fee to be paid on the granting of a licence under section 6 shall be £20,000.
