Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Service Subsidy Agreements (Tendering) (Amendment) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 1st June 1994.

The Service Subsidy Agreements (Tendering) (Amendment) Regulations 1994
Section 2
(1) The Service Subsidy Agreements (Tendering) Regulations 1985 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 3(1)(b)—
(a) for “£8,000”, in both places where it occurs, there shall be substituted “£10,000”; and
(b) for “£40,000” there shall be substituted “£50,000”.
