Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Special Educational Needs) (Amendment) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 1st September 1994.

Section 2

The Education (Special Educational Needs) Regulations 1994 are amended—
(a) in regulation 11(6)(d) by substituting “regulation 6(1)(c)” for “regulation 6(c)”, and
(b) in paragraph 2 of Part I of the form set out in Part B of the Schedule by substituting “10” for “8”.
