Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) (No.3) Order 1994.

Section 2

The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) Order 1994 and the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) (No.2) Order 1994 are revoked.

Section 3

The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 1993 is amended by deleting the Schedule and substituting therefor the following—
