Section 1Title and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Council Tax Limitation (Sheffield City Council) (Maximum Amount) Order 1994 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2Maximum amount
The amount which the amount calculated by the council of the city of Sheffield as its budget requirement for the financial year beginning in 1994 is not to exceed is £381,650,000 which amount does not exceed the amount already calculated by the authority as its budget requirement for that year.
