Section 1Title and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Oil and Fibre Plant Seeds (Amendment) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 1st July 1994.

Section 2Amendment
Paragraph 8(a) of Part I of Schedule 4 to the Oil and Fibre Plant Seeds Regulations 1993 is amended by substituting for the table contained in that sub-paragraph the following table:
For swede rape and turnip rape of varieties to be used solely for fodder purposes the standards shall be 99.7 per cent for Basic Seed and 99 per cent for Certified Seed.
