Section 1Citation and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act 1992 (Commencement No. 4) Order 1994.

(2) In this Order “the 1992 Act ” means the Local Government Act 1992.

Section 2Provisions of the 1992 Act coming into force on 13th June 1994

Section 11 of the 1992 Act so far as it relates to paragraphs 2(1), 3, 4, 5, 9 and 10 of Schedule 1, and those paragraphs, shall come into force on 13th June 1994.
