Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles (Amendment) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 4th July 1994.

Section 2
(1) The Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 1 (enactments imposing restrictions and prohibitions on the waiting of vehicles), after the paragraph referring to section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, there shall be inserted the following paragraph:—
Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (which provides for the restriction or prohibition of the use of roads in connection with the holding of certain special events).
