Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the West Lindsey National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1994 and shall come into force on 20th June 1994.

(2) In this Order, unless the context otherwis requires, “the Order”means the West Lindsey National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 .

Section 2Change in number of directors of NHS Trust

In Article 4 of the Order for “5 non-executive” there shall be substituted “4 non-executive” and for “5 executive” there shall be substituted “4 executive”.
