Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Ashford Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1994 and shall come into force on 20th June 1994.

(2) Inthis Order, unless the context otherwise requires, “the Order”means the Ashford Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 .

Section 2Change in number of directors of NHS Trust

In Article 4 of the Order for “5 non-executive” there shall be substituted “4 non-executive” and for “5 executive” there shall be the substituted “4 executive”.
