Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) -(Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 15th July 1994.

Section 2

(1) Schedule 1 to the Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) Regulations 1992 shall be amended as follows.

(2) In item 2—

(a) in the third column, there shall be added—

(b) in the fourth column, there shall be added—

(3) For the Note at the end there shall be substituted—
