Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Canadian Navigation Services) (Fifth Amendment) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 1st July 1994.

Section 2
In regulation 4(1)(b) of the Civil Aviation (Canadian Navigation Services) Regulations 1986 for the sum of “$83.65 Canadian” there shall be substituted the sum of “$92.02 Canadian”.
