Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the International Headquarters and DefenceOrganisations (Designation and Privileges) (Amendment) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 1st July 1994.

Section 2 Amendment of 1965 Order

In the Schedule to the International Headquarters and Defence Organisations (Designation and Privileges) Order 1965 (which designates headquarters and a defence organisation for the purposes of the 1964 Act)

(a) in Part I, the words “The Headquarters of the Allied Commander in Chief Channel ( CINCHAN )” shall be deleted;

(b) in Part II, the words “The Headquarters of the Commander in Chief of UK Air Forces ( CINCUKAIR )” shall be deleted;

(c) at the end of Part II there shall be added the following entries

The Headquarters of the Commander in Chief Allied Forces North Western Europe ( HQ CINCAFNORTHWEST ).

The Headquarters of the Commander Allied Naval Forces North Western Europe ( HQ COMNAVNORTHWEST ).

The Headquarters of the Commander Allied Air Forces North Western Europe ( HQ COMAIRNORTHWEST ).

The NATO Airborne Early Warning Force Headquarters and the NATO E-3A Component.
