This Order may be cited as the Visiting Forces and International Headquarters (Application of Law) (Amendment) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 1st July 1994.

The Visiting Forces and International Headquarters (Application of Law) (Amendment) Order 1994
In article 3(4) of the Visiting Forces and International Headquarters (Application of Law) Order 1965 (which applies that Order to the headquarters and defence organisation mentioned therein)—
(a) the words “The Headquarters of the Allied Commander in Chief Channel ( CINCHAN )” and the words “The Headquarters of the Commander in Chief of UK Air Forces ( CINCUKAIR )” shall be deleted;
(b) at the end there shall be added the following entries—
The Headquarters of the Commander in Chief Allied Forces North Western Europe ( HQ CINCAFNORTHWEST ).
The Headquarters of the Commander Allied Naval Forces North Western Europe ( HQ COMNAVNORTHWEST ).
The Headquarters of the Commander Allied Air Forces North Western Europe ( HQ COMAIRNORTHWEST ).
The NATO Airborne Early Warning Force Headquarters and the NATO E-3A Component.
