Section 1 Citation and Commencement

This Order may be cited as the Housing (Right to Buy) (Priority of Charges) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 22nd July 1994.

Section 2 Specified Bodies

The following bodies are hereby specified as approved lending institutions for the purposes of section 156 of the Housing Act 1985 (priority of charges)–

(a) Alliance & Leicester Mortgage Loans (No. 2) Limited;

(b) Alliance & Leicester Mortgage Loans (No. 3) Limited;

(c) Alliance & Leicester Mortgage Loans (No. 4) Limited;

(d) Britannia Mortgage Company Number One Limited;

(e) Britannia Mortgage Company Number Two Limited;

(f) Collateralised Mortgage Securities (No. 16) PLC ;

(g) Saffron Walden Mortgage Services Limited;

(h) Stroud and Swindon Mortgage Company (No. 2) Limited.

Section 3 Variation of previous Order

The words “(a) Barshelfco (No. 15) Limited” shall be omitted from article 2 of the Housing (Right to Buy) (Priority of Charges) (No. 2) Order 1991 .
