The Severn Bridge (Amendment) Regulations 1994

Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Severn Bridge (Amendment) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 1st August 1994.

Section 2

Regulation 12(6) of the Severn Bridge Regulations 1993 shall be amended as follows:

(a) After the word “repair” there shall be inserted the word “refuelling”.

(b) In sub-paragraph (a) for “£60” there shall be substituted “£80” and for “£30” there shall be substituted “£40”.

(c) In sub-paragraph (b) for “£25” there shall be substituted “£35” and for “£12.50” there shall be substituted “£17.50”.
