Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Local Authorities (Armorial Bearings) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 20th July 1994.

The Local Authorities (Armorial Bearings) Order 1994
Section 2
The armorial bearings which, immediately before 1st April 1974, were borne and used by the Gainsborough urban district council, may be borne and used by the Gainsborough town council, provided they have first been exemplified according to the law of arms and recorded in the College of Arms.
