Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Orders (Hague Convention Countries) (Variation) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 1st September 1994.

Schedule 1 to the Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Orders (Hague Convention Countries) Order 1993 shall be varied by inserting “Denmark” before “Federal Republic of Germany”.
