Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Community Health Care: North Durham National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1994, and shall come into force on 10th February 1994.

Section 2Amendment of Establishment Order
In sub–paragraph (a) of article 3(2) of the Community Health Care: North Durham National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 (functions of the trust) for the words “Dryburn Hospital, Durham DH1 5TW” there shall be substituted the words “County Hospital, Durham DH1 4ST”.
