Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Race Relations (Prescribed Public Bodies) (No. 2) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 8th November 1994.

Section 2

The public bodies specified in the Schedule to these Regulations shall be public bodies prescribed for the purposes of section 75(5) of the Race Relations Act 1976.

Section 3

The Race Relations (Prescribed Public Bodies) Regulations 1994 are hereby revoked.
