Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Education (Northern School of Contemporary Dance, Leeds) (Further Education Corporation) (Transfer to the Higher Education Sector) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 1st October 1994.

Section 2
On the date on which this Order comes into force the Northern School of Contemporary Dance, Leeds Further Education Corporation shall cease to be a further education corporation and shall become a higher education corporation.
