Section 1 Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Education (Inner London Education Authority) (Property Transfer) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 19th September 1994.

Section 2 Interpretation

In this Order “the principal Order ” means the Education (Inner London Education Authority) (Property Transfer) Order 1990 .

Section 3 Amendment of the principal Order

Condition B specified in article 2(2) of the principal Order, subject to which the property known as the former Rutland Primary School, Ashfield Street, London E1 was transferred to the London Borough of Tower Hamlets by that Order , shall cease to apply in relation to that property, and accordingly in Schedule 11 to the principal Order the letter “B” opposite the entry relating to the property shall be deleted.
