The Children (Allocation of Proceedings) (Amendment) Order 1994

Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Children (Allocation of Proceedings) (Amendment) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 1st November 1994.

Section 2

The Children (Allocation of Proceedings) Order 1991 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this Order and, in those provisions, a reference to an article or schedule by number means the article or schedule so numbered in the said Order of 1991.

Section 3

In article 3, at the end of paragraph (1) there shall be inserted:

(u) section 30 of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 1990 (parental orders in favour of gamete donors).

Section 4

In articles 6(2)(c), 10(2)(c), 12(2)(c) and 13(2)(c), for “(s) or (t)” there shall be substituted “(s), (t) or (u)”.

Section 5

In column (ii) of Schedule 2, for “Stoke-on-Trent County Court” where it appears opposite the entry in column (i) for the petty sessions area of Burton-upon-Trent, there shall be substituted “Derby County Court”.
