Section 1Citation and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Coal Industry Act 1994 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1994.

(2) In this Order “ the Act ” means the Coal Industry Act 1994.

Section 2Coming into force of certain provisions of Act

The provisions of the Act specified in the first column of the Schedule to this Order (which relate to the matters specified in the second column thereof) shall come into force on 19th September 1994.
