Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) Orders 1994 Revocation Order 1994 and shall come into force at 18.00 hours on 19th August 1994.

Section 2Revocation

The following Orders are hereby revoked:—
(a) the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) Order 1994 ; and
(b) the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (No.3) Order 1994 .
