Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Anglian Harbours National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 8th February 1994.

(2) In this Order—

“the Authority” means the Great Yarmouth and Waveney Health Authority;

“the Trust” means the Anglian Harbours National Health Service Trust;

“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 8th July 1993, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.

Section 2 Transfer of trust property

On 8th February 1994 the trust property shall be transferrred from the Authority to the Trust.
